Bybee Slipstream Interconnects: Common Features
All of the fully shielded Bybee Slipstream interconnect models incorporate new-generation Slipstream Quantum Purifiers at the ends of the high-purity copper or silver conductors. Carefully calculated wire dimensions and dielectric material properties ensure that the cables' intrinsic phase velocity complements the action of the purifiers. Quantum noise generation within the cable is virtually eliminated, preserving the purity of the audio/video signals passing through the Slipstream cables.
The RCA connectors are a key element of the Slipstream interconnect formula. The Eichmann Bullet Plugs chosen for the Slipstream interconnect line have set a new performance standard for audio/video RCA connectors. They feature high-purity copper (silver for the Slipstream Silver 8) conductor terminations using point-contact grounding electrodes which preserve the continuity of equipment grounding beyond what is attainable from conventional low-pressure grounding connectors. This connector accurately transmits the beneficial effects of the Slipstream Quantum Purifiers into interconnected components. The equipment and the interconnect cables operate as a system to convey the music or video signal along its path while avoiding noise-generating interaction with the conductor materials.
